A partir da manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o busca respostas em tempo h\u00e1bil para informar o solicitante sobre sua demanda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Criada em 2013 com o objetivo de fazer essa interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o com o cidad\u00e3o &#8211; e fundada nos princ\u00edpios de fomento \u00e0 cidadania e \u00e0 transpar\u00eancia dos atos p\u00fablicos, a Ouvidoria da C\u00e2mara passou, neste ano, por uma reformula\u00e7\u00e3o, e est\u00e1 lan\u00e7ando mais um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o cidad\u00e3o: <strong>WhatsApp (31) 3359-8702<\/strong>.
