O pr\u00e9dio \u00e9 tombado pelo patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico municipal e est\u00e1 em reforma para fins comerciais (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmc.mg.gov.br\/?p=3554\" target=\"_blank\">leia
